Singapore-bound DH should prepare for English test entry

OFWs wanting to go to Singapore to work as domestic helpers or house service workers (HSW) should brush up on their English skills and a little Math.

Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has imposed entry tests such as basic English skills and Safety Awareness Test to all foreign domestic workers (FDWs) which they need to take within three days upon arrival to Singapore.

The FDW has three chances to pass the entry test, in case she fails the first try. Failure in all the three attempts means immediate repatriation.
